1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our customer support team at support@kashni.com for availability and shipping rates.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take up to 3-4 business days due to high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Express Delivery: Available in select cities at an additional charge of ₹149 (2-3 business days delivery).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the Orders section.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including PIN code and phone number. Kashni is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
